We accept returns only under the following conditions:
If you receive a wrong product, or
If the product is damaged during delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Personal preferences
Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
To request a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order ID, along with clear photos/videos of the issue
Our team will verify and approve the request

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate your refund
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to your original payment method
COD orders may include an additional COD handling charge
This charge is non-refundable
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or worn jewellery
Products damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.
